My friends and I love going to this windsurfing camp in Anilao, Batangas. It was formerly known as Bruno’s Camp (because of [1] the black dog, named Bruno, that used to reside there and [2] the people’s lack of imagination in naming the place) and is now officially called Sailboards San Jose or SSJ.

We used to go there almost every weekend and we’d just hangout, bum around and have fun. The crowd that we hang out with are really friendly. The location is very convenient because it’s near the market, where you can buy freshly caught fish at a very cheap price, it’s also walking distance from the church, for the devotees and for those who stay there during the Holy Week, and for those who doesn’t like to cook just walk a few steps to the neighbouring camp and there’s a carinderia there selling different kinds of grilled food with the famous Batangas coffee free on the side.

Sadly, I rarely go there anymore, since most of my friends already went to the US, but the place and the people there remain very dear to me. I really miss Anilao… I miss my friends! …I even miss Bruno! LOL! Here are a few photos that I’d like to share with you guys! Enjoy!
