13 dances that i want to learn

Published by B at 7:54 pm under Thursday Thirteen

I’ve always been fascinated by those who can dance so well. I did some dancing when I was in high school but most of it were pop dances. I also tried square dancing once, thanks to my friend Tyrone who invited me to one of his family’s weekly square dancing sessions, it was a bit embarrassing because I had no clue what I was doing but it was really fun! If I had more energy and has the body for it I’d love to learn these dances…

1] Flamenco
2] Belly Dance
3] Tap Dance
4] Tango
5] Square Dance
6] Waltz
7] Swing
8] Salsa
9] Merengue
10] Mambo
11] Limbo
12] Jazz
13] Fandango

Nope, sorry, no lap dancing and pole danicng. I can’t imagine imagine myself doing those. I bet it’ll look funny instead of sexy. LOL!

I love to dance as well. I learned standard and latin dances a few years back, but since I haven’t practised them anymore I doubt I remember much. My favorite was always the waltz.
I’ve seen a report on tv recently about a pole dance competition and I must say that if the dancer is pretty it looks certainly very nice. But for me it would be way too exhausting (same with tap dance) and I probably would look silly as well. My figure lends itself much more to belly dance. LOL

Wow, a fun-sounding Thirteen — I did some dancing when I was a kid and enjoyed it.

Happy T13, and thanks for visiting mine. :)

I can dance 6 in the lists. Ballroom and latin dance. We waltz on our first dance and Tango for last dance!
