I bought a new phone but I don’t have the phone with me right now. I bought it on the 24th, and yesterday, while I was checking out the features, I noticed that there were already a few contacts in the address book, a photo of a girl on the media gallery, and a calls history. And it restarted 3x times already, once while I was listening to an audiobook, and twice when it was just on top of my computer table. My nephew bought the same phone and at the same time with me also but nothing’s wrong with his phone. When I was buying the phone, they made me wait for a while because they had to get the unit from somewhere outside the phone. Now, I think that what they gave me was a used one. So, I called them earlier today asking for a replacement and the girl I was talking to told me that they have to check the phone first and see if they can do something with the restarting. That made me furious and I insisted that they replace it with a new one. I told the girl that if I wanted a used phone, even just a slightly used one, then I would have bought it in Greenhills at a much cheaper price. And they weren’t sure how long it’s going to take before they can replace my phone… they’re not even sure if they’re going to replace it. HAHA!

I told them it can’t take long because I don’t have an extra phone to use. The girl asked me to bring the unit today and I said I’m not sure if I could today and she her response was something like “kase kung hindi ngayon eh baka matagalan pa.” Kaines! Eh anong magagawa niya kung busy ako the whole day? Buset! Haha! But I was very patient with her… it is Christmas time after all and I did return the phone today. We went to Bocaue first to buy fireworks then went to Trinoma afterwards to return it.

So, that’s the story behind my new phone.
