I’m craving for something with ginger right now! Argh! Hmm… maybe I should make a ginger tea. Or maybe tinolang manok but I don’t eat the chicken in tinola, only the veggies. Haha! Or maybe stir-fried veggies with ginger. What else? Any suggestions? By the way, did you know that ginger has an antioxidant that is a natural arthritis relief? Nice isn’t it? Anyway, right now I’m thinking of soy sauce dip with crushed ginger. Anyone care for Japanese food? Maybe I’m craving because I ate Gyudon last night. It was a really good one. I can still taste it… yum! And I also ate Takoyaki balls… another good one. I’m getting hungry again…
