Barbecue Party!

My younger nephew and my cousin’s hubby will both celebrate their birthdays tomorrow but we did the partying in advance. We had an impromptu barbecue party at home, taking advantage of my dad’s newly built barbecue grill. It’s not as sophisticated as the Saber ss 670 infrared grill but it serves its function well. Here’s how it looks like…
My dad built it himself and it is located at one corner of his mini garden. Pretty isn’t it?
If you notice, the grill is placed not too low near the charcoal. It is so that the food will cook well but won’t get burnt. And yes, it works!
