Litratong Pinoy: Nang Matapos

Haha!

Happy Thursday everyone! Do you remember my entry last week? Well, here’s how they look now after being soaked in water for at least 24 hours. Don’t they look cute, especially the small balls? The octopus is now gigantic because it’s been soaked in water for a week now.

Enjoy the rest of the week everyone!

Litratong Pinoy: Simula Pa Lamang

Ano kaya koneksiyon ng pugitang to sa tema ngayong linggo no? Ano kaya ang itsura nila pag lumaki no? Malalaman natin sa susunod na linggo.

Magandang Huwebes mga ka-LP!

This octopus and the small balls around it are the start of my niece and nephew’s play time. You soak this in water and they’ll get big after some time. How will it look when it’s bigger? We’ll find out in next week’s Litratong Pinoy theme.

Happy Thursday everyone!

Litratong Pinoy: Hardin

I apologize for my late Litratong Pinoy entry for this week, I lost track of the date and didn’t notice that it is already Thursday. Anyway, my entry for this week is a garden that can be found under the sea… a garden of corals. Of course, this was was not taken underwater (how I wish!) but rather, I took this the last time I went to Manila Ocean Park with my sister and her family. Happy LP everyone!

Litratong Pinoy: Paboritong Alahas

Happy LP!

Here are my entries for this week’s Litratong Pinoy… my favorite jewelries. The first photo is a pair of earings that was given to me by my best friend Carl. He became an exchange student in Singapore during our college days and he bought it from there. He asked what I wanted and I told him to buy me something that would remind him of me when he sees it and this was what he found. I was the only one with a different memento from him, the rest of our friends received keychains and I was very touched. The flowers on the earrings are made of ivory.

The second photo is my favorite pendant from grade school to college. My mom gave me this and I wore it everyday. If you noticed, the left part of the heart is rough and the ohter half is smooth.

I hope you like my entries. Happy LP everyone!

Photos

I took advantage of my lone time yesterday and took some photos around my dad’s little garden. I was actually taking shots for this week’s LP theme but decided to look around the garden. I took a couple of photos that I really liked:

So, what do you think? This was taken using our good ole reliable Nikon Coolpix 4300. I’m really fond of this camera because it has some manual features which our other digicam doesn’t have.

I saw a few more buds in my dad’s garden and I’m going to watch after those and take series of photos as they bloom. That’ll be exciting for sure, seeing them on photos as they progress. Can’t wait! :)

Anyway, just a random thought… I remember my trip to Thailand with my friend Carl. We were amazed at how more advance they were compared to our country. Their bus system going to the provinces were on time and the stores in the provinces even have those barcode scanners. Amazing huh? How I wish we are that advanced too.
